Once you have secured your site and signed your Franchise Agreement, you will begin working with our construction team to build your Waxing the City studio. Using your measurements, our in-house designers will create custom design documents for your space. Whether you use your own contractor or one from our network, you can be confident that you will have everything you need to bring your studio to life.

Along with ongoing assistance with architects and contractors, you will be provided with:

• A Construction Timeline Calculator – to help you in the long-term planning and scheduling of construction.
• A Corporate-Approved Design Manual – provides you with all of our best design elements and build-out specifications to make construction easier.
• Exterior & Interior Signage Guidelines – to help streamline your signage creation and ensure a strong brand identity.
