Note 2: The Minimum Royalty Fee will not begin until the earlier of: (i) the first full month of the month after you open your Waxing Studio; or (ii) the date that is 12 months from the date you signed your Franchise Agreement. If you are working with our real estate team in locating a site or have signed a lease with the assistance of our real estate team, we will waive the Minimum Royalty Fee until your Waxing Studio is open.
Note 4: This fee is paid for support of your studio management / POS software and its updates. The Technology Fee does not include support for any other third party software, such as malicious software protection. You will start paying the fee on the first business day of the month after your studio management software account is activated before your Waxing Studio opens for business.
