The streamlined process begins with a review of your personal and business finances gathered from your Candidate Profile. We then use that to recommend a range of products and services tailored to your needs. The two most common financing options our owners choose are:

Geneva Capital Financing Package

• $100,000 maximum loan size per studio.
• Financing offered as a lease that typically requires a 10%-20% advance payment.
• Term varies from 24 to 60 months.
• Rates vary from 8.99% to 11.99%
• $350 closing fee.
• No personal collateral required.
• Personal guarantee for all borrowers required.

Guidant Financial Group – Retirement Rollover Program (ROBS)

• Rollover standalone traditional retirement funds as a direct investment into your studio.
• Avoid taxes and penalties on direct distribution.
• Funds remain in the form of retirement dollars and your retirement appreciates along with the value of your business.
• Full value of retirement funds that are rolled becomes capital deposited directly into your business bank account.
• $4,995 initial setup fee and yearly servicing fee starting at $800.
